1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the phphil platform, including but not limited to the website located at https://phphil.cam, mobile applications, and any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Services in any capacity.

phphil reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To register for an account and use the Services provided by phphil, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion or restriction imposed by phphil or any third-party gaming authority.

phphil reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds or winnings in your account.

2.2 Account Registration

When registering for an account with phphil, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Use your own name and personal information. Accounts registered under false names, aliases, or on behalf of third parties are prohibited.

Any attempt to create multiple accounts, use fraudulent information, or register on behalf of another person will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

2.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions

phphil is licensed to operate within the Republic of the Philippines under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players residing outside the Philippines may be subject to additional legal restrictions based on their jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with applicable local, state, and national laws.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not easily guessed or compromised.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify phphil of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account security.

phphil will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

phphil employs automated systems and manual reviews to monitor account activity for signs of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other prohibited activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phphil supports a variety of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to:

• GCash
• PayMaya (Maya)
• Philippine bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others)
• Over-the-counter payment centers
• Credit and debit cards (subject to availability and approval)

Payment methods may vary based on your location, account status, and payment processor availability. phphil reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (e.g., payments made from accounts not registered to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential account suspension.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. phphil does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity Verification: You must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting valid government-issued identification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, excluding weekends and Philippine public holidays. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposits.
• Wagering Requirements: All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal, unless otherwise specified. Bonus funds are subject to additional wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable bonus terms.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

phphil complies with all applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations in the Philippines. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, conduct enhanced due diligence, and report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Fair Gaming Commitment

phphil is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games offered on the platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure random and unbiased outcomes. RNGs are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing agencies to verify compliance with industry standards.

5.2 Game Rules

Each game available on the phphil platform has specific rules, payout structures, and terms that govern gameplay. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. Game rules can be accessed through the "Help" or "Info" section within each game.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes or rules, phphil reserves the right to review game logs and make a final determination based on the recorded data.

5.3 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or incorrect game result, phphil reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Technical errors that produce incorrect odds or payouts
• Server disruptions that affect game integrity
• Display errors or miscommunications regarding game outcomes

phphil is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, and players accept that such malfunctions may occur from time to time.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

phphil offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms are provided at the time the bonus is offered and must be accepted by the player before the bonus is credited.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before the funds become withdrawable.

For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱15,000 in bets before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

phphil reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and suspend or close accounts if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or that bonus abuse has occurred. Examples of bonus abuse include:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
• Using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms rather than normal gameplay
• Depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gameplay intention

7. Prohibited Activities

When using the phphil platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraud and Deception: Using false information, stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players, using bots or automated software, or employing any strategy intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person to circumvent limits, restrictions, or bonus terms.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, the platform's systems, or proprietary software.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or systems.
• Offensive Conduct: Engaging in abusive, offensive, or harassing behavior toward other users or phphil staff.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, text, images, and other materials available on the phphil platform are the property of phphil or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use any content for commercial purposes or in connection with competing services.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from platform materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, phphil and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners (collectively, the "Released Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or winnings due to technical errors, system malfunctions, or third-party failures
• Interruption or suspension of service due to maintenance, security breaches, or unforeseen circumstances
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Any losses arising from reliance on information provided on the platform

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. phphil does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall the Released Parties' total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the claim.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting phphil customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures.

10.2 Termination by phphil

phphil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud, collusion, or other prohibited activities
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide requested documentation
• Extended periods of account inactivity
• Regulatory or legal requirements

In the event of account termination, phphil will return any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from fraudulent activity) to you, subject to deductions for fees, chargebacks, or outstanding liabilities.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and phphil, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11.3 Regulatory Complaints

If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory authority overseeing phphil's operations.

12. Amendments to Terms

phphil reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, in our sole discretion, without prior notice. When we make changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations may be communicated via email or notification on the platform.
